MYUMHOUSE/Jaeger Properties

We invite you to check out our quality campus homes!  They are all completely furnished and are conveniently located quite close to campus. While we specialize in south campus homes, we also have a few homes in the E. University and Cambridge Ct. area.  Many a marching band member, athlete, and Ross Business School student have called one of our well maintained properties their home while they studied at the University of Michigan. Additionally, the bus system is a stones throw away, and has allowed for a simple commute for our many Engineering, Music and other students.

These very students are  often the siblings of our past tenants, their families’ friends, or friends of our current and past tenants. While we are a small, local family owned company, we take great pride in providing our UM students with a clean, safe, and quality living environment. Our own daughters are both UM graduates and we aim for the same living standards our daughters  experienced.

Our goal is to establish a positive working relationship with our tenants, our students. The Jaeger family is also a family of educators.  We realize that our students’ education is their top priority! Thus, we work hard to provide homes that support this priority.  When a new group of students move in, our homes are cleaned from top to bottom, painted, and carpets are professionally cleaned.  Basically, you just need to move in your clothes, bedding, pots and pans and set off to begin studying!!
